Candidates seeking the position of president and vice president will pay a nomination fee of Sh400,000 each. Those seeking a National Executive Committee (NEC) post will pay Sh150,000 while those seeking the post of county chairman will pay Sh100,000.
Sam Nyamweya, former Vihiga governor Moses Akaranga, Nairobi businessman Steve Mburu and former AFC Leopards chairman Alex Ole Magelo have expressed interest in this position, however they have accused the FKF electrol board of a plan to rig the elections.
They allege that the FKF elections board are favouring the current president Nick Mwendwa.
