Malkia Strikers have qualified for 2020 Tokyo Olympics after beating Nigeria yesterday in all 3 sets.

The ladies never lost any of their matches in this qualifiers. Malkia coach Paul Bitok who joined the team in August 2019 just 2 months after leaving his previous team Titans in Rwanda, pushed the girls to their best. Kenya managed to beat Cameroon (3-2) on Tuesday night the only match anticipated to be the difficult one.
Coach Bitok has urged the Kenya government to support the Malkia Strikers as they prepare for the Tokyo Olympics which is set to begin in July 2020.
